|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Community — 1 year down and its been great. Lived in many apartment complexes in my life. Gettysburg is a great location, relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff. The only issue is the noisy neighbors. Other than that very excited to renew my lease another year and see what happens after that.

|Recommended: YesCouldn't Be Happier — My Mother used to be a property manager for legacy management for many of their apartments. In my years of living with her we moved about 15 times, to varying apartments of varying complexes. I had not been graced with Gettysburg Square. The views, atmosphere and general layout provide a very welcoming feeling. It was not hard to adjust to the living space and the only major issue has been noisy neighbors. That is a given with most apartments as you never know who is going to be around you. Overall it has been a great experience and it is affordable.

|Recommended: YesStaff Who Care — I genuinely really love living here, and that goes far beyond the complex just being in a convenient location with nice amenities. Everyone who works here- from the property staff to the maintenance workers, are all around fantastic. They responded to all questions and concerns with kindness and compassion, they get things done quickly, and they give the impression that an issue you have is important to them. Compared to the experience I've had at other locations, the staff at Gettysburg square goes above and beyond.

|Recommended: YesResponsive Staff, Quiet Community — If you enjoy quiet community living this is the place. Since we've moved in at most we've heard a few dog barks and people coming and going from the apartment but it's generally very muted and quiet. If we aren't near the door of the apartment you wouldn't know anyone else was living here.
