|Recommended: YesLived Here 5 Days And We Love It — Moved in a little under a week ago and the process of moving in was easy to do There is plenty of parking for each of the buildings that we never had issues finding a spot near our door to park and move things in. As for the actual apartment it's the perfect amount of space for us Upon moving in, we noticed a few small issues with the apartment and maintenance came out within 24 hours to fix all the issues and even followed up a day later to ensure things were still alright. The whole Gettysburg Team has been extremely helpful with everything.
The bedroom and walk in closet are big and give us more than enough space to store our clothes. Bathroom is good. The porch is nice to sit outside and have our own private area to enjoy outside without leaving our apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Clean Apartments, Great Maintenance Guys. — Loved our little two bedroom place neighbors were nice and mostly quite place. Dog poop was always in issue unfortunately right in front of our apartment. The woods around the apartment complex would be amazing if garbage would be taken out. One thing I do think would be a great improvement is the gym before it was closed it was dirty. I worked out for a month straight and for a month same garbage sat nothing was ever cleaned and you saw the hair and dirt on the floor with no towels left. When trying to call the office no response even with calling during office hours.

There is a lot of dog feces around community that is not picked up.
Maintenance is usually very prompt- not sure is maintenance requests always go through. Very transparent on companies being used . i.e. ICON environmental for air quality.
Apartment is in a wonderful location to Tri- state area , city Cincinnati, hospitals , amenities, schools, etc.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live And A Lot Of Parking. — We've lived here for two years and it's mostly great. Only problems we've ever had was with a flood and that was fixed fairly quickly. We still have some damaged items, but maintenance is usually helpful. The new guy not so much, but the main guy is great. Always good parking, no reserved spots so guests don't have to fear being moved.
