|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — It's a good place to live. Never had a problem living here. Some people smoke cigarettes inside the building even though that's against policy so be aware if you have asthma or are allergic to smoke. All in all, never had a problem and I wouldn't have chosen to live anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesI Love This Place — I would tell them that it is a great because there is not just one group of people living here. There are people of all ages. There is ample parking, great laundry facilities, and, overall, it feels like a subdivision rather than an apartment complex. The rent rates are extremely affordable as well. I've lived in much less appealing places for a lot more money. You are close enough to the city for the nightlife. You are close to all the shops in that Newport plaza area. But you are also far away enough so you don't hear all of the noise of Cincinnati. It's just great living here
